Yes. The normal arrays are still fixed; you need to declare the array 
differently:

     #local ToothProsmArray = array;

Note the absence of any dimensions. This declares a one-dimensional 
variable-sized array.

Before anyone asks, multi-dimensional variable-sized arrays are not 
supported.
