When I use the lensflare plugin that comes with moray, it works when i
render the scene but moray doesn't show any object, so i can't position the
lensflare.
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks

That's because IRL lens-flares aren't objects. They're just
reflections of a light_source in a lens. But you *can* position the
lensflare, can't you? The source of the lensflare will be at the same
place of the light_source you selected for it. So, if you position
the light_source, you position the flare also!

Sometimes you may want to position a lens flare in another place, like
in the highlight of an object.
Adding an additional very dim light source will just slow the render.

True enough. But light_sources, like objects have a checkbox to cause
them to not export. The plug-in doesn't care. It still exports the
lens flare with all the corresponding necessary data, but the light
source doesn't go with it, so no effect on render time, and no need
to worry about making it a dim light soas not to mess up the lighting
effect.
