Hi Lutz,
Thanks for your response to my message. I used your suggestions regarding
the plugins, and I'm afraid they still won't work. Perhaps I should've
mentioned this before, but I had previously uninstalled Moray 3.1 manually
(the automatic uninstallation failed). Does that help?
Thanks again,
Joe

I had something similar:
When I installed Moray 3.1 I still had Moray registry entries left from
previous Moray installations (among them the 3.1 beta), even though the
previous installations had already been deinstalled.
After installing 3.1 I didn't see the Plug-Ins in the Creation Tab.
However, because of the old registry entries I also had troubles with older
search paths spooking around and with a missing MorayPoly.inc and other
problems, so I had good reasons to re-install.
So this is what I did: I uninstalled Moray 3.1 again, then I went into the
registry by hand and deleted the Moray keys in
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\SoftTronics and
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SoftTronics. Then I installed 3.1 again, and
everything went fine, with the Plugins too.
Hope it helps,
Johannes.

"Won't work" as in? Are they listed in the View|Loaded Plugins dialog
or not?

Sorry about that -- I mean the plugins don't appear anywhere, not in the
View|Loaded Plugins dialog or anywhere.

And the path in the Plugin Path field of the Advanced Tab in the
View|Configuration dialog points to the directory where the plugins
are located? Absolutely sure?

*Absoutely* sure. But I think Johannes's idea is good I've followed his
instructions and am now re-downloading. I'll tell you how it goes.

Hooray! It worked. Thanks, Johannes and Lutz, for all your help. Lutz,
I'm quite impressed -- it's not everyone who would give personalized tech
support, and so quickly, even to an unregistered user.
Many thanks,
Joe Prever

Hmm. What did you actually do? Remove the registry keys and
re-install? I don't see why you couldn't get it to run.

Here's what I did: uninstalled Moray 3.1, went into regedit, and there
deleted the SoftTronics folder (under SOFTWARE, under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE). Then I downloaded Moray 3.1 again (the latest
build) and reinstalled -- and now everything works great.
I'm no programmer so I can't offer any opinion on why I couldn't get it
to work before, but I hope this info helps.
Joe

Not exactly I run in 800x600 and I see the tab and the button
