This is an amazing contest!
On one hand, it has attracted exactly the kind of work that I would like
to see more of in the IRTC: part Rusty, part Wallace&Gromit , part
Buckaroo Bonzai. One winning entry has me ROTFLOL.
On the other hand, do you realize the premise: they give you 10seconds
of WAV and you have to build an animation around it? That is actually
quite scary, mon. But perhaps it explains why there is more cool
character work than camera-pans-across-photorealistic-rooms.

Might be an interesting thing, except that it makes you
sign up for a Yahoo! account, which I don't want to do.
