Actually, it doesn't. Moray only exports the assumed_gamma in the POV
file. The display_gamma in the scenes INI file comes from the settings
that are specified in MORAY.INI. Moray copies all the POV settings
from MORAY.INI to the scenes INI file and then replaces those that it
sets itself (like width, height, etc).

Yes. Edit MORAY.INI and set the display_gamma value to what you need.

I think so. Load MorayStart.mdl or the file specified under
View|Configuration|Moray|Name of scene to load at startup. Edit the
parameters and save. That way they should be loaded the next time you
click on New.
