You have succeeded in making an image which looks rainy, but doesn't 
have any actual rain in it...probably the dingy atmosphere and the wet 
appearance of the rocks.
Nice, although I keep wondering what that glowing ball of plasma is 
doing in the middle of an extinct volcano. Maybe you should replace it 
with a bunch of torches around the walls, make a cave/passageway large 
enough for a sailing ship to get through and docks for it to stop at, 
and maybe a couple buildings and pirate flags...
