POV 3.5 b 10

'Tip of the day' says: "By default, POV-Ray for Windows will allow you to start
multiple copies of itself" while by default 'Keep Single Instance' is ON.

Also two of 'Tip of the day' say about double clicking and contex menu only in
Windows 95 while it describes behaviour for all Windows versions.
