I ques that is due to double extension of file name 
  matrix-v010.frame186.png
suprising amount of news clients handle this file wrong (they use the first  
.xxx as extension, not the last). 

Image is also available (at most time) here

(but probalby stupid Internet Explorer may have simillar problems opening 
it, does it?)
