My suggestion is to post your image file with the proper extension.
This is a PNG image, but you have named it with the JPG extension. Two
of my software programs refused to open this image. I checked it with
a hex-editor, and it turned out to be a PNG image. After re-naming the
file with a ".png" extension, the image would then load in my
software.
