By all means, butt in.
Yep, you can create HF's in Moray. It'll even give you a representation
of the HF so you can make sure you've gotten them the right way round.
The main problem I have with HF's is the sheer size of the image files
you need to get a decent result with more complex designs, and the memory
consumption you run into when you use several HF's referencing different
source images.
In the Create Tab, click Heightfield, which should be in the fifth row of
buttons down.
Excuse me if this reads as a little confused, but I just finished playing
Escape From Monkey Island... (Chapter 1 completed so far)
