It was created with the same algorithm as in 'old' MegaPOV except it is now
coded within SDL as functions instead of hardcoding it in C++. Thanks to this
change you can use own extensions to algorithm as well as use other sources
than just prerendered image - in this case camera_view pigment was the input.
