Yes, recently I did this with bash scripting to generate a POV SDL file 
to generate a weighted average image from averaged video frames 
generated further up in the bash script using ImageMagick... as the POV 
command prompt does not accept any parameters, I had to generate the 
entire file (which, fortunately, is not very long) using echo lines.
