I have BCB6 Personal Edition already installed and it is my queue of things to
try, thought I'm sure it is better to get such informations at one of borland's
news groups: http://groups.google.com/groups?group=borland.public.

Btw: you have to be legal user to distribute your application. Legal
installation has manual. Did you tried it ? In case you have some problem with
manual look at Borland's ftp. There is downloadable version of manual.
