When you die, change stops.
When you don't change, you are as good as dead (in the mind).
A bit extreme but I hope you get the idea.
When water stops moving it becomes stagnant. And so on... ;-)
Simply your viewpoint changes all the time unless you get stuck in a rut.
I like the wording of "annoyance will pass, but understanding will
come". It is worth saying a couple of times. :-) But it refers to
wisdom. Something, for which, I am still waiting for.
