I seldom use 3D Text. Blender lets you use a basic text editor and 
upload a file. I was going to difference the text from the base material 
but my laptop fell over laughing. But then it is old and needs a 
re-install and I am lazy.

It is on mine but I've not used it in years.

Was it not supposed to be after Pov 4.0?
That is why I am learning Blender. I need something to visualise scenes.
