In the registry, you can search the entries
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/MicrosoftWindows/CurrentVersion/Run
or
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/MicrosoftWindows/CurrentVersion/Run
Where are stored all the softwares launched at the startup.
