Sqrt(k / 4 d^2) = Sqrt(k) / Sqrt(4 d^2).
Sqrt(4 d^2) = Sqrt(4) Sqrt(d^2) = 2 d.
2 * Sqrt(k) / 2 d = Sqrt(k) / d = (1/d) Sqrt(k).
Simples.
