The IRTC died about five and a half years ago. St created a temporary
replacement with TC-RTC. It has been going since 2007 but it never
really caught on. The most entries it ever had was 16 from 12 people.
Now there is a core of 6 or 7 people who regularly enter and the most
prolific one does not use Pov-Ray. I fear Andrew is right and Pov-Ray is
going the way of the dinosaurs.
