I'm far from fit. I find freestyle is more relaxing because basically you
can go as slowly as you like. I think in breaststroke your face is
basically underwater if you stop, right? Or am I confused about which strokes?
In any case, once you know how to float, the actual swimming part becomes
pretty easy.
