I guess her weight is far under your weight. Assume a ratio of 2:1, she
need half the energy to get in movement and more important: she has,
proportionally, more contact surface (grip) to change direction on impulse.

If you were drank, you could probably start moving like her, but the
lack of grip will soon teach you that there was a reason for your brain
to limit your impulse.

And a bit of training might help too: there is the slow muscle fibers
and the quick muscle fibers.

The slow ones are needed for heavy duty (such as supporting your heavy
weight). The quick one are the one she is using. There is no place for a
lot of both... Kind of like a boxing fight between a flying mosquito and
Tyson. Not the same strategy, not the same training.
