Sounds *so* familiar. Another reason to use Linux. ;)
(When I can afford it, I'm getting my mom a Mac. I know next to nothing
about using a Mac, but I can have her take it to the Apple store and
drive someone at the Genius Bar 'round the bend. ;) )
