How about real-time strategy games (such as Starcraft), RPG games (such
as the Baldur's Gate franchise), MMORPG games (such as World of Warcraft),
rythm games (such as the Guitar Hero franchise), driving games (such as
the Need for Speed franchise), and so on? Where do they fit in?
