Nice job so far... It's quite good as a finished piece already.  I think 
the simplicity of the scene is actually a plus.

The raindrops on the window are very convincing, although trails where 
the water is running down the window don't look right.  It's as if the 
IOR is too high, or maybe it's because the water trails are too thick.

The lighting in the sky is great and the outside details are really 
well-done.

Looks like the kind of day where you'd expect to see an old man leading 
a couple giraffes down the road muttering about not knowing what the 
heck a cubit is...
