If you define "a moebius" as an object that - despite giving a different 
impression at first glance - has only a single face and a single edge, 
then yes: The only major difference between this object and Ferguson's 
"Umbilic Torus" is that where Ferguson's toroid has a "twist" of 1/3 (if 
you know what I mean), this one has a "twist" of 2/3.
