Fitting to have him sitting at a computer.

Something seems to be wrong with the lighting of the ceiling. I'd expect 
it to get darker closer to the wall and the shelves. Are you using 
radiosity, or is that filler lights?

The shelves and books need more work. For instance, the big gray "code 
complete" book seems just about to be toppling through a portal in the 
shelf frame... The books also appear somewhat "flat".

And that guy doesn't seem to bother much about sorting his books...
