Should show you a screen where it gives you a few pointers, including
:help and :tutor. Vim is a (very) improved version of vi.
Unfortunately, it's not the standard vi in most distros.
Now, if you go:
> vi foo.hs
> emacs foo.hs
Well, you just don't see the "splash screen"... :P
