I think Mark Anstice and Oliver Steeds went there and
lived with the natives and made a TV show for the
travel channel "Living with the Kombai". More recently
they filmed "Living with the Mek" where they spent
enough time and effort to be adopted by the Mek tribes
and be given their very own penis gourds. Now they
have to worry about being haunted by the spirit of
a dead Mek if they don't wear those silly things in
public often enough.
