And what's confusing about:

Server:         x.x.x.x
Address:        x.x.x.x#53

Non-authoritative answer:
Name:   my.server.dns.name.here
Address: y.y.y.y

?

If I know that the address is supposed to be y.y.y.y and server x.x.x.x 
shows me that it is, then I know it's not a problem with that DNS server.
