So, the figures are in Poser? And the clothes are Poser too (conforming I
suppose)?
I noticed the shoulders too. The only trenchcoat I am aware of comes from
Poser 5, doesn't it? I have experimented with it some time ago and was not
happy with the results. It contains serious flaws in modelling design. My
suggestion would be to export (.obj) the jacket and trenchcoat, like they
are now modelled on the figures, to Wings for example, smooth carefully the
offending creases and re-export to Poser. They should fit the figures again
(after deleting the original clothes). Of course, they would not be
conforming again so do this only when you have totally finished the set up
of your figures in Poser.

I forgot to say: very nice scenes! I love the composition and lighting.
