Whew, I thought Thunderbird would never let me reply! That's a very nice 
design, Steve. Those diamonds are also awesome. I'm guessing the leaves 
and berries are a height_field? Of course, after seeing the earrings, 
I'm not so sure.

One critique about the gold texture: the reflections need to be more 
contrasty, IMO. May I suggest no ambient, high brilliance (probably 
already has that) and high reflection (more than 0.5)?

Are you able to make designs of this kind in real life? I know you're a 
jeweler, that's why I ask :) It would be *very* cool to make my own 
jewelry (especially since we can find our own gold up here in the Gold 
Country!).

Nice work! Those earrings are a perfect match for the cross.
