Try adding 'double_illuminate' to the tablecloth in order to
get rid of the artifacts.
(Although there's a possibility that it's actually caused by
the shadowing artifact, in which case there's no easy solution
because you can't remove shadows from the tablecloth without
affecting negatively the image. Try increasing the resolution
of the mesh.)
