That's not what I'm talking about. Until you get down close to a
measurably few number of electrons, everything electrical is analog.
There aren't 1's and 0's in your computer, but different voltages, like
+5 or -5. But what's a +3 volts? 1, or 0?
Inductors and capacitors are there to minimize the amount of time the
signals on the wires are at voltages/currents/whatever that are neither
"zero" nor "one."
