Hi All:

I was not specially interested in obtaining this effect, but I just
had a weird idea today, while looking at a photo with a nice glowing on
the highlights. Of course I quickly tried it, as it looked not too
complex to realize.

The boring image "test" was rendered as usual with MegaPOV but
using hdr output. Then it was post-processed into "HDR-glow-test.jpg"
using the hdr input in another scene. The image "HDR-glow-test-3" shows
the same glowing effect, but increased 4 times.

The post-processing scene consists on two "image planes", generated
with a modified "screen.inc" to allow focal blur. The foreground plane
is mapped via a tricky function to get only the hdr highlights, and the
background one it's just a regular hdr image_map. The camera focal point
rests on the background plane, so it is focused while the foreground
plane gets nicely blurred... (the fuzzy border is a side-effect! :)
