Not sure where you intend to go with this, but a few thoughts:

What is the subject of the image? Is it the ripples? I'm wondering what
caused them. Ripples are generally a secondary effect, created by something
more important, so it's strange that they're the primary focus in this
image. Maybe that's what you're going for; if not, why not put something
else in there to hold the viewer's attention? What's the pool for, and
what's it being used for? The image creates a lot of unanswered questions.
And what's with the stick?

If you're going for realism, the grass needs some work and the fence could
benefit from a little more detail or variation (periodic fence posts, for
instance). Maybe also work on the transition from grass to pool edge (unless
you're going to cover that with some sort of grass mesh).

I have a hard time getting a sense of scale; judging by the fence, those
lights look like they're about knee high, the stairs look smaller than my
feet, and the pool looks about half a foot deep.
