It looks like you're using a very low camera angle. I feel like I'm across
the street looking into the house through a window with a telescope. It
might look more natural if you relax the camera angle significantly (maybe
bringing the camera closer to compensate) so that there's more of a
perspective effect. The camera is looking down on the whole scene, but I
would expect to see the ceiling at the top of the image; it makes me wonder
if you're trying to hide the ceiling for some reason.

A lot of the scene isn't recieving direct light, and is relying on a fairly
high ambient value. I think you have the intensity of the light source
right, but the shadowed areas don't look realistic. This might be a good
candidate for radiosity.
The modelling is very good.
