Apart from reading the "Usage" section, I recommend the examples section
points "intentionally posting an outrageous argument deliberately
constructed around a fundamental but obfuscated flaw or error [...]" and
"after a flamewar ensues, pretending to be innocent".
However, the "Resolutions and alternatives" section provides more widely
accepted forms of moderation.
