Nice model Luis. Your scene is just a little too dark. In order to get the
best lighting from your HDRI map I would suggest increasing the ambient to
the level where all of the trees are in the range of the monitors brightness
(bright and green). The sky is going to be completely washed out to white,
but that's the way it should be. You could also try adding a faint
shadowless pointlight. This will give you a little better contrast and some
specular highlights if you need them, although your model is reflecting the
HDRI quite nicely.

As others have mentioned, the background is a little distracting. HDRI are
typically low resolution and I believe they need to be in order to work
efficiently. Try rendering from an angle that shows only the floor, or put
a flat box with no_reflection behind the bike, just large enough to cover
the background. That way it won't interfere with the lighting since you
can't see the other end of the bike anyway.
