	Well, you can use focal blur, but it will affect the whole scene
depending on the distance from the camera (it works just like focus on
a real camera).

	Otherwise, megapov 0.7 has a motion blur feature that can work on
part of a scene.

	Or you could do it by hand by adding some transparency to your
textures and having several copies of the object with slight movement
(actually, I think that's how megapov's motion blur works internally).
