It reminds me of "Princess Mononoke", maybe you should just make
the plants grows from his feet (with a faint glowing, or something
that shows he is creating all this) and go on with bigger plants with
the distance. As John tells it, the graduation is b0rken between the
little plants then the "forest" behind.

I'm far from sure there, see above :-)

-- Horizon:

The horizon seems too much blurred, when you look on a desert picture
you dont see that kind of effect, check for example this picture i got
from images.google.com (q: desert cracks): http://www.kenbo.org/e023.jpg

I'm not talking about:

No, it's about the transition between the ground and the sky.

-- Flying Wings, walking grounds.

Why are the wings so much opened? This guy is walking or flying? Does
he just landed, is he going to start a fly? The picture is quite
ambiguous about that. Perhaps adding a faint blur to them would help.

Stupid Idea #2527832: what would a feather do reaching the ground?

-- What does he need?

Stupid Idea #2527833: Does that angel have nothing much more than a
towel? Doesnt he need something more? One could go to no end about it,
some water, a holy thing (suaire, bones, etc.), or a sword (that would
make a nice contrast between creating vegetables and being able to kill).

Where is he going? Would you land there without purpose? Ok, yes, may
be an angel can do that kind of thing, and the fact that the scene
doesnt have a goal is intriguing, or at least pose to the viewer a
few questions, and that's a Good Thing (c). Developping that kind
of questions might be a plus... what one could think if he was carrying
some unknown object?

-- Stupid Comments

It's easier to criticize, than to create. Some just create criticism...
Heh, no, nothing against you, or against such a work which is really
fantastic -- else the time to post such comments could be used for other
purposes.
