Update on the candle, now with properly working subsurface.

As mentioned before:
The Include-File doesn't do any placement, this needs to be set by Nico for
his final version (of which I'd then like a copy myself... :-) and is, due
to the nature of excessive media-calculations, rather slow to render. But
those of us who are frightened by several days of rendering are using the
wrong expectations for good, non-"cheated" POV-Ray images! :-D
