Yes, like mentioned before, everything except the hair exports fine.
I use Poseray which is a wonderful tool. Just export the character from
Poser in OBJ-format and Poserray will help you with the rest.
Paths to image maps and everything. The only thing I usually do is to
convert,
if used, bumpmaps and transperancy maps to grey scale.
