The white cross to the upper right represents a slice of the
circle, with the dot/line/three dots accompanying each slice.
The innermost dot represents the absorption amount, the middle
dot emission, the outer dot scattering. Red dot is a value of
-0.5, white dot is 0.0, green dot is +0.5. Wheel designed to
show the difference between positive and negative values in
any given combination of media elements.
