You might try looking at:
http://www.ccl.net/cca/data/fullerenes/index.shtml
an archive of fullerene coordinates. The data are in Chem3D format, but
it is trivial to get only the XYZ coordinates. You might even use the
connectivity info within the file to help you define vertices.
