hmm, i like the idea of the glass of wine, but i think a fallen glass would
destroy the harmony. perhaps a standing one...

the rules are quite easy: it's a 2 player game. if it's your turn, the other
player gives you one of these pieces. there are 16 pieces at all and each of
them is unique, but there are several different characteristics which they
have in common: each of them is either tall or small, black or white, round
or square and has either a hole in the top or not. your target is to make up
a line of 4 pieces which share at least on of these characteristics (e.g.
all black). as you get your piece from  the other player, he will try to
select one of the remaining, which will not allow you to build such a row
(and so win the game). after you have placed the piece on the field, you
have to give one to the other player, he places it and so on.
