Hi,

Here's my latest scene, or 'non-scene' if you wish. It has taken an age to render,
mainly due
to my using superellipsoids at first, then I realised that I could speed things up by
using
instead a CSG construct of boxes, cylinders and spheres. The shapes were whole at
first, the
second half having a different wood texture, but when I forgot to uncomment the other
half, I
thought it looked more interesting. I can't explain the ring suspended in mid air, but
I'm not
sure that I should be too concerned about it.

Focal Blur is courtesy of HCR-Edit. Post-Process of contrast: PSP.

Comments appreciated.

All the best,

Andy Cocker
