If you mean the terrain for the irtc image, it's all done with worldmachine
(including the road). Details are in the text file with my submission, as well
as the source worldmachine file.

The terrain on the space station is just a granite pigment, mapped on a series
of layers, where each layer has a different "threshold" value and colour set by
hand.
