I was reading about Moebius strips on Mathworld
(http://mathworld.wolfram.com/), and I was rather taken with the
animation on the page.  Here's my take on the construction.

Render time was ~2 hours @ 1280x960 on a 2GHz Athlon.  Needless to say
an animation may be a while coming...
