Or even easier, just load the first .bmp and VirtualDub will load in the
rest, set you frame-rate in Video options, select your encoding method
(1-pass quality based with quantizer set to 3.5 (95%) gives small and good
looking files (mostly, experiment with the divx settings to find the optimal
for your anim). Then just save as .avi!
