I think what you are looking for is pvengine.exe in the bin directory. The
/RENDER <file> parameter is probably what you are looking for. I haven't
played with it much (I dinked around one evening with it a while back, but I
am usually in the editor...). There is more information in the
documentation in Section 1.9.1.
