In this case, a simple silhouette texture on a polygon object might do. I don't
think that would be too hard.

I'm sorry. That should have been two sentences. I think the ceiling is too
shiny, it should be more matte.
We say Linoleum in the USA too. If you want that, then your floor is ok. I was
suggesting vinyl floor tiles. They are more common over here in institutional
buildings. Linoleum is mostly used in homes. OR so I've noticed.
